This rep based workout will use a pyramid format( 30/20/10 ) to tone and strengthen your upper and lower body. We will start things off with a short warm up and then move into our workout which will include 3 basic movements that target both the upper body (chest & triceps) and lower body (legs ) giving you an efficient and effective workout. This workout is simple yet motivating and effective!
