The RR Easy Cardio 1 Interval Intro cardio workout is designed as a kick start to begin and ignite your fitness program. If you’re a total beginner, been out of the game for a while or just testing the waters once again for exercise….this short workout can fit your needs.
Interval Intro is a simple low to low moderate intensity workout that is 8 minutes in duration. It can be done at an outside location you have access to or on any cardio machine. It begins with a warm up phase in Zone 1, then climbs to Zone 2, then briefly goes into your Zone 3. You’ll complete this workout with a quick 1 minute cool down at the end.
Conquer this workout and then move to the Easy Cardio 1 series and or on into the many workouts available to you on Pear Sports Mobile!
