Not all of us are blessed (or punished) with hilly running terrain, so this run delivers the benefits of a hill workout, without having to run outside.


This hill workout has been developed specifically for the treadmill and includes a walking and running warm-up to prepare your body for the challenge.


It then rolls through hilly intervals that climb from 3 to 6 percent incline and finishes with a cool-down.
