The RR Interval Run Intro 2 workout is designed as a kick start to begin and ignite your fitness and Start Running program. If you’re a total beginner, been out of the game for a while or just testing the waters once again for exercise….this short jogging/running workout can fit your needs.
Interval Run Intro 2 is a simple low to low moderate to semi-high intensity workout that is 15 minutes in duration. It can be done at an outside location, on a track, a trail, a treadmill, or even an elliptical trainer.
It begins with a warm up phase in Zone 1, then climbs to Zone 2, then briefly goes into your Zone 4 and peaks with two separate intervals in your Zone 5 which is your all out effort. You’ll complete this workout with a 4 minute cool down at the end.
