Your legs need endurance for the 5k run that is part of the Warrior Dash, but they also need stamina for the twelve or more obstacles that are within the course. This field workout uses tucks, a move borrowed from alpine ski racing, so that when you are crawling though Trenches and climbing up Diesel Dome, your quads and gluts have enough energy to conquer each obstacle with precision and speed.

As the race progresses, your legs will fatigue, but these tuck exercises will give you the stamina to ensure that you can scale Giant Cliffhanger and shimmy below Under The Wire with continued strength.
