This cardio workout can be performed on any piece of cardio equipment or be done outdoors power walking or jogging.
We will focus specifically on contraction specific bursts that last for 30, 60 and 90 seconds of work followed by 60 seconds of active recovery.
During our recoveries we will focus on breathing techniques to help strengthen and engage your diaphragm and core unit.
We will also work with mental imagery to prepare you and baby for your next upcoming contraction/interval making sure you and baby are prepared mentally and physically for the stress that will be put on both of you during labor.
