This treadmill interval run will use labor training techniques which will challenging your breathing rate through contraction specific bursts to prepare Mom and baby, both mentally and physically, for the stresses that will be put on both of you during labor.
During your walking or jogging recoveries (you choose your speed) we will focus on belly breathing and mental imagery helping you to prepare for your next upcoming interval.
This workout is for all fitness levels and trimesters as you will pick your own base pace, either a walking pace or jogging pace.
