3-time Ironman World Champion Mirinda Carfrae shares a simple, solid endurance run that can be done on or off of the roads.
After a strong warm-up with her mandatory short and fast pickups, Coach Rinny will guide you in an endurance run for just under 25 minutes. This part of the session is divided into 3 eight-minute intervals; the first 2 minutes of each interval push your heart rate zone and pace, and the last 6 minutes of each interval settle you into a controlled pace.
This endurance run is heart rate-controlled so that you push the effort based on your own fitness level, great for when you are just getting back out there!
