This is a 30-minute workout that starts with five minutes of walking to warm you up and then alternates running for 30 seconds with walking for 3 minutes.
You’ll repeat this run-walk interval 7 times and then walk it out to cool down for a few minutes at the end.
Tip: If possible, do the run on a flat route and a soft surface.
