The Warrior Dash may be a 5k, but with the twelve or more obstacles sprinkled in, it’s really more of a series of sprints between features. The series of exercises in this field workout focus on training the correct body movements, so that when the time comes to sprint from Muddy Mayhem to the finish line, you are ready with your afterburners firing!Sprinting for every single person is different. You probably won't acquire Usain Bolt's crazy speed after completing this workout a few times (although it would be rad if you did), BUT this training will give you a little extra strength, speed, and stamina to reel in people between each obstacle.
