This demanding but doable workout of the day will include lower and upper body and core movements that we will complete in a circuit for 4 total rounds as quickly as possible. This session will include both your cardio and strength work.



Exercises included in this workout: pushups, squat to overhead press, bodyweight sit ups and 4x 0.25 mile run.
