This is the foundation of the strength-training 'rep-based' workouts. Throughout your journey on Pear thus far, you've experienced workouts that are predominantly time-based workouts. You may have done some of our calorie-based workouts as well.

This workout is repetition-based; we count your reps for each exercise. Once you finish all reps for each exercise, the workout is complete. You'll kick off the workout with a warm-up of jumping jacks...yes, the same move we did way back in elementary school PE.

This workout can be done at virtually any fitness level, as you will determine your resistance levels for the exercises. Since it's rep-based, the system basically follows you, which means the pace is determined by you, your fitness level, and your energy level for a given workout. And as always, we will guide you through the workout. Enjoy and thrive everybody!
