Many of the Warrior Dash obstacles utilize a wall climb component. This short circuit builds the muscles and offers some tips so that when it comes to the Deadman's Drop and Great Warrior Wall, you will scale your obstacle with relative ease and have enough arm strength to conquer the remaining obstacles.

When it comes to a wall climb, people usually rely on their arms too much. Yes, it does require arm strength, but if you do the majority of the work with your stronger and larger leg muscles when you can, your arms will have the energy when they really need it. This workout revolves around that plan.
