This race simulation run will challenge your training and help you achieve your best time, by mimicking the Warrior Dash course. Adding on obstacles and introducing new exercises, it should be completed after Race Simulation 1.
It includes 8 obstacles, in the form of strength building exercises, scattered throughout a 3.1 mile run. Make sure to do this workout in an area you can run and stop for short time periods to complete the interval strength exercises.
Do this race simulation as many times as you would like. The objective is to make or break your previous time to get ready to breeze through your Warrior Dash race with ease.
