This Fab Ab workout series is going to help you get a strong stomach, and help your posture and back strength. Rremember, you can have some strong abs but if you have fat laying over the muscles than no one will see them so make sure your diet doesn't sabotage your hard work.
In Fab Abs 1 you will go through your basic sit up move, with some added twisting. This will work the center line or known as the rectus abdominals and the sides known as your obliques. This is a great “go to” workout and will help you build your abs from the top down!
